With my limited knowledge, I would suggest:
“When we do something so good to someone, which they cannot do to themselves, and which they want to do it for themselves” be sure we are building bonding relationship.

You have asked me, whether changing my - Name from Krishnamoorthy Venkataraman to Krish has brought all the Growth and Success!!
No.
Just by Changing Name alone – one cannot get all the Growth and Success.
If you feel that I have significant Growth in my life. I would attribute this to many factors. Main Factor for this is Timely Hard Work, backed by lot of well wishes and God’s blessings. There are many more things I would like to add on.
But I would strongly suggest you to start building strong relationship with right people.
I am sure, Success will rush to you.

What is more important is Positioning.
